1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue 

  • A brief description of the problem

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Inspection and Approval

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the issue. If the return is approved, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as applicable.

4. Refund Method

As we offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

  • Cash refund at the time of pickup 

  • Please note: Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after the returned item is approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only if the item received is defective or incorrect. Replacement will be processed once the original item is returned and inspected.

7. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. You may refuse the delivery if needed, and it will be treated as a return.
