We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our exclusive payment option. Full payment is required at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
2. Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services. You will receive an update with estimated delivery details once your order is confirmed.
3. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across select regions. If your location is outside our delivery coverage area, you will be notified at the time of order confirmation.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the order and make payment, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery may be arranged, subject to additional shipping charges.
5. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotions.
