All orders placed with Nora Capture are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our verification team.
2. Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment method. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. Customers will be notified of the estimated delivery timeframe upon order confirmation.
4. Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Exchanges or refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or order errors.
